Responsibilities:
1. Overall planning and management of the overall work and personnel of the Finance Department, and the formulation, modification, supplement and implementation of financial related systems;
2. Responsible for signing and approving the financial statements, and providing effective financial status analysis or relevant suggestions in time for the Group's decision-making reference;
3. Responsible for cost, budget and risk control management, and responsible for the formulation of financial plans and capital plans;
4. Provide suggestions and decision support for the company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business activities, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control;
5. Supervise and assist in tax planning and management, and complete tax declaration and annual audit on time.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance and finance, with solid professional ability, more than 5 years of accounting work experience, more than 2 years of financial manager experience (large enterprises are preferred), having obtained CPA, CMA and other advanced certificates is preferred;
2. Honest and trustworthy, rigorous and down-to-earth, careful and responsible, with strong logical thinking, execution ability, analysis ability, strong pressure resistance ability, certain management and overall planning ability;
3. Good health. Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate, feedback, follow up and coordinate work items in time;
4. Good accounting major and good Chinese and English skills.
